After more than 20 years of training musicians in the local church, CJ created Don’t Give Up—a practical resource designed to help guitarists grow their skills, lead boldly, and serve their church with excellence and joy.

Today, Don't Give Up serves thousands of musicians world-wide.

Alongside his online training platform, CJ serves as a full-time worship director at a non-denominational church in Michigan.
